Kharga/ Labakha / Dakhla Oasis

Realadventure 4 NTS / 5 DAYS

Day 1: Early morning around 06:00 AM we will start driving direct Cairo toKharga Oasis (Around 7 hours). Arrive to Kharga Oasis and transferto your Hotel there (Qasr El Bagawat Eco-lodge Hotel) for check inDinner and overnight.

Day 2: Breakfastand then we will start to move direct to discover the beautiful Kharga Oasis, we will tour (Bagawat tombs) the ElBagawat cemetery is reported to be pre-historic and is one of the oldestChristian cemeteries in Egypt. Then drive direct to visit ( Hibis Temple) The temple of Hibiswas once surrounded by the city of Hibis which nowadays lies under the crops.Construction of the temple started during the 26th Dynasty, then (KhargaMuseum) which consistsof three floors: a ground floor, and two upper floors. The ground floorhas a large foyer that opens onto the second and third floors. The mainfoyer has two halls to the right and left hand sides that have themost important displays of the museum, then drive to walk in the (old Kharga Market), back to the hotel for dinner..

Day 3: Early breakfast to drive around 3hours to the next Oasis Dakhla Oasis, we will visit theOld Islamic school (Qasr Dakhla) which situatedto the north-west of Mut, is one of the fortified Medieval Islamic towns oftenseen in the oases and said to be the oldest continuously inhabited and the bestpreserved settlement of its type in Dakhla. Then we will visit (Village Blat), around 9km west of Tineida, hasspread beyond the older fortified town. Built during the Mamaluke and Turkish eras,after that we will stop to visit (AlMuzawaka) Consists of aseries of small soft stone hills or ridges in which over 300 Tombs were cut.Primarily Roman and dated to the first and second centuries AD, a few of theTombs are decorated in a mixture of traditional Egyptian and classical style. If it is available we will then visit the local hot spring, then enjoylunch and head back to Kharga for dinner.

Day 4: After Breakfast let the real adventure begin, we will take our 4x4 vehicle headingin the deep of the desert to enjoy the sanddunes till we reach the beautiful (Qasr Labakha Oasis) which is a micro-oasis some 40km north of Al Kharga.Scattered among sandy swells and rocky shelves are the remains of a toweringfour-storey Roman fortress. Back to the Hotelfor Dinner.

Day 5: After breakfast you will check out (freetime to visit the faculty of pottery and dates “if available”) then drive back toCairo.
